About Us
The Baltimore Interfaith Outreach Council (BIOC) is a group of individuals from
the Baltimore Metropolitan area committed to building the bridges of understanding
between America's diverse beliefs.
The BIOC operates from its community center, The Islamic Society of Baltimore, which
often supports BIOC endeavors both physically - providing facility space when necessary
- and financially.
Mission Statement
BIOC is a nonprofit organization established to promote understanding and mutual
respect among persons with diverse beliefs through education about Islam and Muslims,
discussion, and interfaith interaction.
